Eight Local Veterans Receive Quilts of Valor

In October and November, the Blue Ridge Chapter of Quilts of Valor presented handmade patriotic quilts in small ceremonies of two to three veterans, to continue to honor veterans during this challenging time. The Blue Ridge chapter has more than 50 volunteer quilters. These veterans were honored at the Veterans History Museum of the Carolinas:
