In addition to the Holiday Stocking Hunt, shoppers can participate in the Shop Local Passport contest. Folks can pick up a blank Shop Local Passport at the Visitor Center, at participating business locations, or clip one from The Transylvania Times Shop Local ad. Each time a customer makes a purchase at a participating location, they can receive a stamp on their passport. Full passports must be returned to the Visitor Center at 175 E. Main St. in Brevard by noon on Dec. 18 to be entered to win one of two drawings for $250 in Transylvania Bucks. Shoppers may complete multiple passports for multiple chances to win.
