The Transylvania Heritage Museum Transports Visitors Back To The 1950s

Elvis Presley ornaments galore can be found at this years ATOM tree installation at the Transylvania County Heritage Museum.

If you've lived in a house built in the late 1950s or early 1960s, you probably remember the pastel kitchens and bathrooms of that time period. The kitchen appliances, from mixers to refrigerators, were pink or yellow or mint green. In the bathrooms all the fixtures, as well as the tile, were these colors too!
