Vaccine Ask Us: Appointments, Busy Signal

At 2:35 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 18, I received a call stating that appointments could be made starting at 2:30 p.m. by calling 884-4007. I tried 20 times to get through but received either a busy signal or a recording saying all staff were busy, so please hang up and try again. At 3:15 p.m. I tried again and received the message that all appointment slots had been filled for the week.
I would like to know how many appointments were made during that 45 minute period, how much vaccine was available and if there is a phone bank taking care of our calls, or if there is one person only who is hand...
