If things were normal, local resident Patricia Stark said she would have "definitely" been in Washington, D.C., Wednesday to see the inauguration of Job Biden as the country's 46th president and Kamala Harris as the country's first female vice president. Stark, as she did in 2013, received an official invitation from The Presidential Inaugural Committee to attend Wednesday's event, which the public was discouraged to attend.
