Scots' Hot Start Leads Maryville Past Brevard College

The Brevard College men's basketball team (0-3, 0-2 USAS) fell in the second of back-to-back weekend contests to the Maryville Scots (3-1, 3-1 USAS), 86-53, on Sunday afternoon at the Boshamer Gymnasium.

Ladji Samoura posted a team-high 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting from long range in addition to grabbing four rebounds and dishing out three assists.

Junior forward Hayden Cassell added nine points and swiped five steals, while sophomore guard David Sealy put up six points, six assists, and five rebounds.
