Holds On Instacart

I have recently used a pick-up service at a local grocery store that uses Instacart. The first time went without a hitch.
The second time I was notified that $175 would be held from my account to cover the order. That was fine. What wasn’t fine was that two $175 holds were placed on my account in addition to the actual bill.
A month later I decided to try it again. This time my order was smaller so the hold was smaller, $80. But, once again, they placed two $80 holds on my account.
