Last week, the Board of Commissioners heard an update on the voter-approved $68 million school bond project that calls for major improvements to Brevard High and Rosman Middle/High schools.
Chad Roberson, with architectural firm Clark Nexsen, hired to design the improvements, gave the presentation.
The project is currently in the construction document phase, with plans scheduled to be finished by the month’s end. Once the designs are approved, construction bids will be sought. On the current timeline, work is expected to be finished at the three schools by December 2024.
