Two Plants I Love To Hate (Except This Time Of Year)

My profession often requires me to travel cross-country through all types of terrain; up, down, in, through and over these mountains. Many special places in our landscape, thankfully, are often also very difficult to get to.
In going to those places, every time without fail, I find myself in either a "Laurel Wickey," or a "Rhodo hell," or, worse yet, a seamlessly unending thicket of a Mountain Laurel straight into a "Rhodo hell!" The two are densely tangled upon themselves, devoid of most other vegetation save for Green Brier stitching the whole jumble even tighter.
Thank goodness both...
