Darrell Scott's Electrifying Trio Hits BMC Stage

Darrell Scott, a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, will be live with his band, The Electrifying Trio, this Sunday as part of a show brought to the audience by a collaboration between the Brevard Music Center and Mountain Song Productions. Scott has a long career in the music industry and has worked with many high-profile artists, including Travis Tritt and Garth Brooks.

Music fans are in for a special treat this Sunday as the Brevard Music Center, in collaboration with Mountain Song Productions, will host The Electrifying Trio, headed up by Darrell Scott and featuring local drummer Jeff Sipe.

With a career that spans decades, Scott has worked with more than 70 renowned musicians, including Travis Tritt, Dixie Chicks, Faith Hill, Garth Brooks and Patty Loveless.

He won the 2007 Song of the Year award from the Americana Music Association for "Hank Williams Ghost," and, in 2010, played alongside Led Zeppelin front man Robert Plant as part of a tour for Plan...
