Historian To Give Talk On The Cherokee Sept. 9 At PFE

Award-winning writer, naturalist, and western historian Mark Warren will present “The Ancient Ways of the Cherokee and How We Can Use Them Today” at the outdoor pavilion at Pisgah Forest Elementary School at 6:30 p.m., Sept. 9.

Warren, owner of the nationally renowned Medicine Bow Wilderness School in Dahlonega, Ga., has been teaching nature and survival skills of the Cherokee to adults and children for more than 45 years.
