RHS Tigers Fall 58-12 Against The Avery Vikings

The final pass of the game by Carson Lyday resulted in Rosman's second touchdown.

After a three-week absence on the field, the Rosman Tigers fell to the Avery County Vikings on homecoming night, 58-12.

The very beginning of the game showed a lot of promise for the hometown team.

Winning the coin toss to have the ball first in the second half, Rosman went with an onside kick play that worked in their favor.

Rosman's Mason Mezger took advantage of Avery County's fumble, allowing the Tigers to have the ball.

Some successful rushing on Rosman's part placed them at 4th down and three, before a penalty on the Vikings gave the Tigers a five-yard advantage, good for a firs...
