Tigers Fight Hard, Fall To Wildcats 32-2 On Road

Carson Lyday finds some open space Friday night during the Rosman Tigers' road game against Draughn. Lyday finished the game with 33 rushing yards on 18 attempts as the Tigers lost to the Wildcats by a score of 32-2.

It was another case of the final score not matching the play on the field Friday night as the Rosman Tigers lost 32-2 on the road to Draughn in a Western Highlands Conference clash.

Despite the lopsided result there were plenty of positive takeaways for the Tigers. Unfortunately, the scoreboard at the end of the night marked Rosman's 22nd consecutive loss.

Things got off to a rocky start, as Draughn received the opening kickoff and scored on a two-play, 65-yard drive that took just 20 seconds off the clock. The Wildcats' PAT attempt was off the marking, leaving the score 6-0.
