District Maps Released, County In 14th

Three new political district maps passed last week by North Carolina legislators have come under criticism of gerrymandering, with one lawsuit filed on Friday and the potential for more to come.
The new maps were for the U.S. Congress, state Senate and state House.
Friday’s lawsuit challenges the state’s congressional map and comes after a 2019 lawsuit forced Republican leg-islators to redraw maps prior to the 2020 election.
