Brevard's Public Works Director Found Not Guilty

David Lutz, Brevard’s Public Works director, who was charged with multiple environmental crimes stemming back to 2016, was found not guilty Wednesday in Asheville federal court.
The allegations against Lutz were related to the “handling, transportation and storage of hazardous waste,” in May 2016.
